By completing account setup and using Tenant Eaze, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the service.

Tenant Eaze is a property management application that helps landlords, property managers, administrators, and tenants manage rental properties, units, leases, tenant records, documents, payment records, maintenance requests, and account activity logs.

Tenant Eaze is provided solely as a property management and record-keeping tool. It does not create a landlord-tenant relationship and is not a substitute for legal, accounting, or tax advice.

Accounts are created only by invitation from an administrator, landlord, or manager. Public self-registration is not available.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of Saint Christopher (St. Kitts) and Nevis.

Access to information is limited according to the role assigned to your account.

Administrators may access all organizations and system administration features. Landlords may access and manage their own properties, tenants, leases, documents, and payment records. Managers may access only the properties assigned to them. Tenants may access only records relating to their own tenancy.

Landlords and managers are responsible for ensuring that the information they enter into the service is accurate and lawful. Tenant Eaze does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted information.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, upload content that you do not have the right to use, attempt to bypass security controls or access data outside your permissions, interfere with the operation of the service, or share account credentials or invitation links with unauthorized persons.

Tenant Eaze may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Tenant Eaze allows users to record rent payments and other tenancy-related transactions for record-keeping purposes.

Tenant Eaze does not process payments, collect rent, transfer funds, hold money on behalf of landlords or tenants, or act as a bank, financial institution, or escrow service.

Landlords remain solely responsible for collecting rent, maintaining financial records, complying with tax obligations, and issuing any receipts required under the laws of their jurisdiction. Any receipt generated by Tenant Eaze is intended only as a record of information entered into the system and does not constitute legal or financial advice.

You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload, including leases, identification documents, photographs, and other tenant records.

By uploading content, you grant Tenant Eaze a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, back up, and display that content to authorized users solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload any content.

An administrator or landlord may disable or remove an account at any time, including revoking a pending invitation before it is accepted.

Tenant Eaze may also suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated or where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the service.

When an account is terminated, access to the service will end immediately. Certain records, including payment histories, audit log entries, and other system records, may be retained for legitimate business, legal, auditing, or compliance purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Tenant Eaze does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from data loss.

Tenant Eaze is a record-keeping platform only and does not provide legal, accounting, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Landlords and managers remain responsible for complying with all applicable landlord-tenant laws, including requirements relating to notices, receipts, deposits, and record retention.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenant Eaze will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from or relating to the use of the service.

Any liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of Saint Christopher (St. Kitts) and Nevis.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Christopher (St. Kitts) and Nevis.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Christopher (St. Kitts) and Nevis.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

Your continued use of Tenant Eaze after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using Tenant Eaze, you agree to receive electronic communications related to your account, including invitations, password resets, security notices, service announcements, and updates to these Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of Tenant Eaze and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the service.
